Email honkiponkilabs@gmail.com with the app version, iOS version, device model, selected language and, for content errors, the question ID.
Exam language
The real Einbürgerungstest is conducted in German. The app translates navigation and learning aids, but does not alter the official German questions or answers. Translations and explanations are hidden in exam mode.
Restore purchase
Open Settings, select Full Version, then Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account as for the original purchase. For billing or refund questions, use the linked Apple support page.
Reset local data
In Settings you can delete only learning history or all local app data. A purchase remains restorable through Apple. We cannot recover deleted learning data.
Report a content error
Send the question ID, selected app language, and a short error description. A screenshot is optional. Do not send personal documents. Official German text changes only after comparison with the official source; learning aids are corrected separately.

Purchases and refunds
Apple processes purchases and refunds. The app does not receive card details and cannot change Apple billing.
